Patterns

PatternPatterns are practiced during each class. They are a set of pre-defined movements that enable students to practice the Tae Kwon-Do techniques learned in class. Patterns do not require a partner and can be practiced by students at any time and in almost any place.

Video lessons of each pattern is available. Please ask Master Rim for the DVD versions of:

    • The Basics of Tae Kwon Do (Introduction to Martial Arts & Ki Bon 1-2)
    • WTF Poomsae (Tae Geuk 1-8)
