SparringOur sparring program is part of our regular classes, as are the patterns. This program emphasizes olympic sparring techniques and training.

The head, mouth, chest, arm, hand, groin and shin guards are mandatory in order to participate. Kicking targets and shields / Chest protector work with Olympic style kicking and punching. This is one of the best ways to get physical fitness and to defend yourself.

Semi and Full contact sparring are practiced under the discretion and direction of the Master.
